Hi! I'm Jenny
I started my journey of whole food plant based eating in 2018 after several years of symptoms that were making me miserable: joint pain, fatigue, arthritis, brain fog, weight gain and frequent migraine headaches with aura.
I was discouraged and frustrated, thinking I was just getting old.
Then I was introduced to whole food plant-based living. WOW, what a difference! Everything changed. Everything!
