Sweet Corn Salad
Ingredients
4 cans (32 oz) or Sweet corn. Thrive Life Sweet Corn
1/2 cup Diced Bell Pepper ( I like to use some green and Red). Thrive Life Bell Peppers
1 cup Dairy free Cheese (Chao is delicious in this salad)
1/2 cup Dairy free Mayo
1 bag Frito's
season with chili powder and cumin to taste.
Directions
Simply add corn, peppers, cheese and mayo into a large bowl, toss until evenly coated in mayo. Right before serving crush the bag of Frito's and sprinkle into bowl, toss well. Season with Chili powder and Cumin. ENJOY!
