Directions

Begin by rehydrating your Thrive Life ingredients according to the package instructions. This typically involves soaking them in water for a few minutes or adding them directly to the cooking liquid.

In a large pot, add your olive oil, peppers and onions. Cook until peppers and onions are translusent. Add all your beans, corn, tomatoes, water and seasonings. Stir well. Allow it to cook for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together, stirring occasionally.

Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed. If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can mash some of the beans or use a cornstarch slurry to thicken the chili.

Serve your delicious chili hot, garnished with toppings like chopped lettuce, chopped cilantro, or diced avocado. Pair it with cornbread, cinnamon rolls (my kiddos are all about pairing chilli with Cinnamon rolls😅) or corn chips for a complete meal.

This recipe makes a large pot of Chili that will serve 10 + people. I love this because then I have lunches and freezer meals for my husband. Divide into serving size containers and freeze for later.

I hope you find this recipe delicious! Enjoy!

Chili with all the good stuff!
