Updated: Aug 8, 2023

Soft, sweet, fruity goodness!

Yummy Fluffy Salad

I am a sucker for salads, any kind of salad. I love going to pot-lock meals and seeing all the different salads!! Last week I shared the deliciouse corn salad recipe, and today I want to share another scruptions quick salad that we love. I love this salad becuase it is so virsitle, fun and delicious. It goes great with any meal.

Fluffy Fruit salad is a great salad for any time of the year. We are loving it right now in the middle of summer becuase we just throw in any fresh barries that we have. Last night we had Strawberries, bannans and fresh black berries and rasberries from our garden. Mmmm good! Come winter time though this is still a great and simple salad to make. You can use frozen berries or even better you can use Thrive life Freeze dried barries, such as Thrive lifre stawberries, Thrive Life Blueberries, Thrive Life Blackberries, Thrive Life Rasberries. Just simply rehydrate and then toss them in to your fluffy salad!

I grew up on the heavy dairy Fluffy salad, cool whip, yougurt and sometimes even cream cheese.Which was great but now living a plant based diet I love making it without all that heavy dairy. I love this salad bacuse you can make how you want it. We love to make it plant based with a dairy free cool whip. "cocowhip"and dairy free yogurt. Its perfect for our family.

we recently had a family gathring and my sister in law made a fluffy salad and then added sugared pretezels to it!!! Oh my goodness it was so so tasty. You get to make it your own, and thats why we love it.

Fluffy Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 container of Cocowhip

  • 1 cup Dairy free yogurt. (we have tried vanilla, strawberry bannana, rasperry and blueberry flavors. They all tast amazing in this.)

  • 1/2- 1 cup of sliced stawberries

  • 1/2 cup blackberries

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup rasberries

  • 2-3 bannanas sliced

  • 1/2 bag of mini marshmallows

Directions

  • In large bowl place your yogurt and cocowhip. mix gently as to not liquify your cocowhip. *It helps if you let your coocwhip thaw before mixing.

Dairy Free Fluffy Salad

  • Prep fruit. If using Thrive Life Fruit, allow time to rehydrate. If using frozen fruit, allow time to thaw.

  • Toss fruit in cream mix lightly

Adding the fruit

  • Add marhsmallows and toss until evenly coated.

  • Add bananas right before serving.

Completed Fluffy Salad

Now you have a beuatiful Fluffy salad! Its Fast its so tasty and everyone loves it. Your fluffy salad will be best served cold and right after placing marshamallows and banannas in. Left overs can be placed in fridge just know that your marshmallows will be soggy and your banannas will darken, but it still tasts great. I hope you enjoy this salad as much as we do. We would love to know what you think. ENJOY!
