If you think kale is just for salads, think again! In a recent Thrive With The Tanners YouTube video, "Kale Smoothie That Actually Tastes Good," we break down a quick and simple recipe for a creamy, flavorful, and nutrient-packed smoothie. With just a few ingredients, this smoothie is not only healthy but also incredibly delicious!

You'll Need:
A Blender
1 cup frozen fruit mix of your choice
(we use a Sams Club mix of pineapple, Strawberries, peaches, mangos)
1/8 tsp of vanilla extract
Soy milk (or your favorite milk alternative)
Thrive Life freeze-dried kale
Thrive Life freeze-dried blueberries
Instructions:
In a blender, combine frozen fruit mix, freeze-dried kale, freeze-dried berries, vanilla extract, and soy milk.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add more soy milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour into a beautiful mason jar or glass, sip it with or without a straw, and enjoy the delicious-ness without tasting the nutritious Kale!
