Our Simple Pizza Crust Recipe
3 cups warm water
2 TBSP Yeast
T TBSP Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
6-7 cups flour
Sauce Selection:
Next, it's time to slather on the sauce! Traditional marinara sauce is always a classic choice, but don't be afraid to get creative. Pesto, barbecue sauce, or even a creamy cashew-based sauce can take your plant-based pizza to the next level. Just be sure to choose a sauce that complements your chosen toppings and crust for a harmonious flavor profile. Our favorite is barbeque sauce.
We love making a "cheesy" Pizza for this we just roll out our pizza dough, spread a little plant based butter over the dough and top with our plant based "parmesan cheese". We then sprinkle garlic salt and oregano over it.

3/4 cup cashews
3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
*Blend in blender or food processor until crumbly.

Our favorite toppings are marinated soy curls in barbecue sauce, red onions and pineapple, topped with oregano, red pepper flacks and garlic salt of course. :)

Who dose not love a dessert pizza, I know we do. We love trying new flavors, such as Peach, Oreo, cinnamon, you name it, drizzled with a little vanilla glaze. We all love Pizza night.

Once your pizza is assembled, it's time to slide it into the oven and let the magic happen. Some tricks we have found is using a pizza stone, we have a pizza oven that goes on our camp chef and it cooks the pizza to perfection we love it. (They also make pizza ovens for grills) This helps your pizza come out with a crisp bottom and the top bubbly and delicious. Follow the instructions for your chosen crust to ensure optimal baking results. Keep an eye on your pizza as it bakes, rotating it if necessary to ensure even cooking.
