Who doesn’t love a good homemade chocolate chip cookie? You can’t go wrong with most cookies, but this pan chocolate chip cookie recipe is definitely one of my top favorites! It’s so easy to make and great for times when you’re making dessert for a large crowd, or if you’re like me you can make them for your small household of only two people and have cookies for days!
Instant Family Favorite: Pan Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 20-25 Minutes
Ingredients
3 3/8 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
1 1/8 Cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/8 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Step by Step Directions
Preheat to 375°F
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugars, vanilla, and eggs.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Spray 10x15in cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread your dough as evenly as possible across your cookie sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cookies look the way you like them. Remove the cookies from the oven and eat them warm or let them cool in the pan. Now they're ready to enjoy!
